OAT-Record-09) conditional excel sheet

 

AIM: Enter the following data in to the sheet..

1.  35 below Red
2.  35 to 50 Blue
3. 51 to 70 Green
4. 71 to 100 Yellow

 

Procedure: -

STEP 1: 

    Enter into MS-EXCEL environment by choosing start àProgramsàMs OfficeàMS Excel.

STEP 2:

     Now save the opened Blank document with the following step Office Button à save à Marks Table.

STEP 3: 

    select to (Cell B2 to G6)

STEP 4: 

    Goto a Home Tap à Conditional Formatting à Highlight Cells Rules à Less than click à

                Value    : 35

                Color     : Red

STEP 5:

     Again, Goto a Home Tap à Conditional Formatting à Highlight Cells Rules à Between click à

                Value    : 35         between             Value    : 50

                Color     : Blue

STEP 6: 

    Again, Goto a Home Tap à Conditional Formatting à Highlight Cells Rules à Between click à

                Value    : 51         between             Value    : 70

                Color     : Green

STEP 7: 

    Again, Goto a Home Tap à Conditional Formatting à Highlight Cells Rules à Between click à

                Value    : 71         between             Value    : 100

                Color     : Yellow

STEP 8:  

    Goto Home Tab click Alignment.

STEP 9: 

    Press Ctrl+S or form the menu option click File-> Save.

STEP 10: 

    Press Alt+F4 or click Office Button-> Exit from menu to exit excel.
